What payment methods do we accept?

We use Paypal and WIX payments for all our transactions to ensure safe and secure payments.

​Why is the product I want not in stock?
​Although we do our best to keep our products in stock, due to the hand-crafted nature of our products, stock levels can be limited. If the item you wish to purchase is not in stock then please join our Facebook page or follow us on Twitter and we will inform you as soon as the product is available again.
​I don't see a Rest of World/UK option in the postage drop-down menu. Why?
​This is usually because that particular product is out of stock for that area; please feel free to contact us however as we can sometimes re-allocate stock from other areas for you.
How long will my item take to reach me?
​For U.K deliveries on most items we use Royal Mail Recorded (Signed For) Second Class service. This service aims to get your item to you within 3 working days of dispatch.  Although this is not a guaranteed time-frame, we usually find this pretty reliable. For international deliveries on most items we use Royal Mail Airmail. This service aims to get your item to you within 5-7 workings days of dispatch. Again, however, this is not a guaranteed time-frame.  Please note that although we aim to dispatch your item as soon as possible, during busy periods this may take up to seven working days.  If you would like an alternative postal service (i.e Next Day Delivery etc), please contact us on before purchasing (this service is subject to product availability). Please note for larger, higher value items such as the Dalek Death Ray or River Song/Captain Jack Blaster, we use either Royal Mail Special Delivery or a courier service, depending on the shipping destination.
What do I do if my order is damaged?
​If your order is damaged in transit, or if an incorrect item is shipped to you, please contact us for replacement details within 48 hours of receipt. Email us on or call us on +447866 298625.
Some of our items are Limited Editions that may not be available for replacement at the time the return is received. In this case, we would offer you a full refund of the original product purchase price.
We will pay the return shipping cost if the return / exchange is a result of our error such as a defect / damage or an error in filling your order. If the purchase is being returned for any other reason than those previously stated, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping charges to return the item(s) to us.You MUST contact us prior to sending an item back. If you contact us by phone, please note our opening hours are UK time 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. If we are unable to answer the phone, please leave a message with the following information;Your full name. The name of the product. In the case of damaged items, please provide us with a full description of the damage and three photos (ideally jpegs) clearly showing the damage.

Please allow at least 48 hours for us to process your request and reply to you. Please remember that any enquiries sent during non-business, weekend hours will be responded to on the next business day in the UK.

4. Rubbertoe Replicas Limited's liability is limited to repair, replacement of the products purchased or refund of the purchase price. Additional disclaimers may apply to custom products and such disclaimers will appear in the invoice or other documentation provided with an order. No warranties apply to products that have been misused, modified or improperly maintained.
5. For the sake of clarity, in no event will Rubbertoe Replicas Limited or its affiliates, representatives, officers, directors, employees or agents be liable (whether in contract, tort including negligence, strict liability or otherwise) to the Purchaser for:
a. Loss of revenue or profit, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goodwill or opportunity, loss of production, loss or corruption of data or wasted management or staff time; or
b. 6. Any claim made by a Purchaser against Rubbertoe Replicas Limited must be made by notice in writing to Rubbertoe Replicas Limited within 90 days of the claim or cause of action arising.  Rubbertoe Replicas Limited will not be liable for any claim that is not made within such time.

Items shipped from the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Unfortunately, Rubbertoe Replicas has no control over taxes and duties in different countries. The same goes for the time it may take for shipments to go through the customs procedure. Customs policies and processes vary widely from country to country and you should contact your local customs office for further information. You must also make sure that you comply with any other laws that may apply when importing something to your country.
